Snow on the mountain

It snowed night before last, and the temperatures are falling down to the 20s at night.  I just hope that I can pay the heating bill when it comes in. So far, the cats and the electric blanket are keeping me warm at night, but I have to run the heater, or the water pipes will freeze.

I hope you're all doing well this winter.

Hello again

Sorry for neglecting this site. I keep forgetting that I have a memoir.
I bought a bottle of ginkgo biloba, but I forgot what I was taking it for.
I'll try to remember to stop by more often.

My memory is failing

apparently, this is my site, but I have no memory of setting it up -- strange

well, I guess I'll have to post more often

tomorrow I will be 61 years old

there's a fire in these mountains, but it does not seem to be threatening my area

Update March 2013

Well, I've been busy lately.  Hosted two shows on Freedomizer Radio, issued two new novels (actually, they are updates of two old novels -- Origins has become Fallen Angels, and another novel, which shall remain unnamed, has become The Darkening of the Light -- both are considerably longer than the original works).

Last July I broke my leg and tore the ligaments in my knee.  The arthritis is getting bad, making it hard to type.  The degenerative disk disease is making my back so bad that I'm seriously considering a wheelchair.

But, hey, I'm still here and still writing!

The sun is starting to shine on my garden, so it's time to take the little plants out of the window and plant them outside, as soon as I'm certain that it isn't going to snow again.

Life is good, as long as you remains strong!

Second memoir almost ready for release

My memoir My Life on the Edge of Reality is almost ready for release.  All it needs is one final edit, plus the cover art.  


Artist extraordinaire Nick Buchanan is working on the cover art as we speak. 


This is going to be a detailed look into the events of my own life, with bits and pieces of my experiences with my husband Philip K. Dick.  It will be a great companion piece to my other memoir Philip K. Dick: Remembering Firebright.
